Mike was extremely professional in all aspects, both with job and guidelines of best options for a positive outcome. (Did we achieve satisfactory results?) Yes now like a billiard table v's walking over a load of laths as the floor had originally lifted so badly. The sitting room is now no longer embarrassing to bring guests into. We can now relax without looking at a previous nightmare of a floor.

Well I was considering taking up my tiles and replacing them. Mike got my tiles better than the day they were put down. Really fabulous job. Well done.
Mike kept working very hard on the tiles all day and kept going over and over to get 100% job and it was 100% well done.
I would definitely get my tiles done every year to keep them looking good. Black tiles are hard to keep but looks great now.
